Dr. Chelsea Coumoundouros is an applied health researcher with a MSc in Public Health from McGill University and a PhD in Medical Sciences from Uppsala University, Sweden. Her doctoral research focused on the development and implementation of digital mental health programs for family and friends of people living with chronic diseases. As a Research Fellow at the SE Research Centre, Chelsea will leverage her interests, skills and expertise in implementation science and evaluation to lead applied mixed-methods research that emphasize holistic health needs and creating positive health system change - including an eDelphi study about home health nursing competencies and an evaluation of a new mental health conversations toolkit.
