Nkasiobi (hear my name) is in her second year of the Master of Science in Public Health program at McGill University. Her passion lies in leveraging data-driven approaches to inform health decision-making and enhance health and care outcomes. Nkasiobi's master's research examines the performance of various pharmacological techniques to ensure treatment effects are meaningful across relevant populations. Previously, she contributed to work evaluating the impact of policy and operational changes on blood donor return behavior, blood availability, and donor demographic shifts in the United States and South Africa during the COVID-19 pandemic. At the SE Research Centre, Nkasiobi works as a Consortium on Analytics for Data-Driven Decision-Making (CAnD3) Fellow, where she is supporting SE Health's Learning Community focused on understanding and leveraging routinely collected patient experience data to support organizational decision-making. Her work to transform data into meaningful insights is critical to support the Learning Community to meet its goal of facilitating the understanding and uptake of evidence from the Client Experience Survey for Integrated Home and Community Care (CESI-HCC) to advance Quadruple Aim and Health Equity outcomes as part of SE Health's Learning Health System.
