Paige Fernandes has 5 years of experience working in long-term care and retirement homes in the areas of project management and quality improvement, where she successfully managed the implementation of The Butterfly Approach, a culture change program for dementia care. With a Master of Science degree in Public Health and Health Systems, Paige combines evidence-based strategies with her project management skills to support positive change. In her role as Program Manager at the SE Research Centre, Paige leads the implementation of the Our Dementia Journey Journal project, and supports the project's focus on enhancing caregiver-provider relationships and optimizing care for persons living with dementia.
