Rashoun is a graduate of the Dalla Lana School of Public Health’s Master of Public Health program, specializing in Epidemiology. He is passionate about research that advances health system improvement and policy change, with the goal of promoting health equity for all Canadians. At the SE Research Centre, Rashoun supports the Health and Care Experiences and Models of Care Delivery portfolio, including planning for the adaption of the Client Experience Survey for Integrated Home and Community Care (CESI-HCC)—a new patient-reported experience measure (PREM) for integrated home and community care—within a cross-sector care delivery context.
