*New* Seeking connections with Rural/Remote/Isolated and/or Francophone Communities to participate in a project to strengthen relationships between people living with dementia (PLWD), their caregivers and care providers.
Researchers at the SE Research Centre have co-designed a tool (Our Dementia Journey Journal) with PLWD, their caregivers and care providers.
If you have connections with any community groups that serve such populations (anywhere in Canada) who may be interested in using "Our Dementia Journey Journal" we would love to hear from you!
